APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICIES
1. Payment Card WILL BE CHARGED AT TIME OF BOOKING APPOINTMENTS. Payment is due at time of booking appointment.
2. Late- A $10.00 late fee WILL BE ADDED to services if you are 30min or more late.
3. Cancellation- Please give a courtesy call or text to 240-432-3525 A HOUR BEFORE APPOINTMENT. Customer can cancel their appointment through the online email or text reminder confirmations.
4. No Shows/No Call- Sorry, We will not be able to accept anymore appointment request from you. No refund will be given .
5. Refund- Refund will be given if customer appointment is cancelled up to a hour before appointment. Refunds will take 1-7 days to be credit back to payment card.... NO refund will be given to no show/no call customers.
6. Rescheduling- Customer can reschedule appointment their selves through email or text reminders confirmations 24/7. PrePayments will be credited to next reschedule appointment.
